On a personal note...
My family is the reason I am here. Through thick and thin, they do not waiver. My husband and our three amazing children are always by my side, cheering me on.
This is my husband, Darnell. This man is literally the iron that sharpens my iron. I rarely get to brag on him and he is so deserving of it! So let me tell you about how awesome he is! He has a background in Health and Exercise Science along with a personal training certification. Not to mention, he is also a Functional Range Specialist. Always studying the body and it's movements, Darnell is often referred to as my "human cliff notes." He pushes me to be my best self, not only as a professional but as a mom, wife, and friend. He is my best friend, my confidant, and my rock. God blessed me the moment he sent him my way! I can't believe that we are going on 16 years in 2019!
And then there were kids... my precious three babies that drive me crazy with love, anxiety, frustration, and more LOVE! LOL Makenzie is 13 going on 25, Rylan is my hotshot football star, and Cayslen is my pretty, pretty princess that loves her some kisses and hugs... lots of hugs :) This is my crew! And I wouldn't change a thing!
